Being a first time homebuyer I was very anxious and nervous not knowing what to expect, but I can say that Brad Tate with NEXA really helped put me at easy, always answering any questions I had big or small. He never made it feel like I was being bothersome, even if I couldn’t reach him, he always reached back out to me ASAP! And I really appreciate that. This is my 3rd home purchase experience and I honestly cannot think of a better lending experience and painless closing than the experience with Frank and his team. Frank handles your loan as if you are his only customer. He is knowledgeable, detailed, customer-focused, attentive, he is like a pit bull for his customer’s interest.
